No, the workshop provides practical tools that support therapy. In fact, it’s a wonderful accompaniment to individual therapy if you are keen to do both. The workshop’s tools for self-reflection will help you dive deeper into what it really is you would like to overcome with your therapist.
  • Do I have to do one module a week?
No, the program is structured so you can go at your own pace. We recommend 16 weeks to give yourself a chance to reflect on module s that need more time and take a little break.
  • When does the course start?
You can start as soon as you sign up and you can work at your own pace.
  • How do the Q&A sessions work, when I can start the course whenever I like?
The sessions run for about 60-90 minutes and are a chance for you to ask any questions related to the module you’re working on. They’re confidential and give you a chance to hear perspectives from women on the same discovery path as you. You can pop into a Q&A session anytime, even after you’ve finished your course work.

Live Q&A sessions are held on Mondays at 12:30pm, intentionally held at lunchtime to fit in with your busy schedule.
